Hi there, thanks for taking the time to read this. My name is Charles Collins and I am the Pastor/Minister of Connsbrook Avenue Congregational Church, Belfast. Theologically, I am a Reformed Baptist.
I am not a native of Northern Ireland, but please don’t hold that against me!!! I was born and brought up just outside Luton, Bedfordshire and that is why I am an avid supporter of Luton Town Football Club.
I became a Christian [27/07/80] in the village where I lived when I was 17yrs and in the Lord’s plan for my life I have been to two theological colleges [Lebanon Missionary Bible College and the Irish Baptist College], lived in Berwick upon Tweed, the Scottish Borders, Belfast, Kettering and now back in Belfast. Along the way I met and married Lydia [from Belfast] and the Lord has blessed us with three wonderful children, Emily, Ben and Thomas [though unfortunately none of them were born in England!!].
I have trained as an Electrician, have been the Pastor of a church in Kettering and I have even been a Bus Driver for Stagecoach.
I always enjoy meeting folk and if you are in the area and fancy coming to church it would be great to meet you. Hit the link to the church website for details.
